Content Policy
This policy explains how portraits are selected for the site and what uses are not acceptable. It complements the Terms of Service.
Published collection
The synthetic collection is prompted and reviewed for adult subjects. Images that appear to depict children are not intentionally published.
The public gallery excludes nudity, explicit sexual content, graphic violence and hateful imagery.
Portraits must not be labeled as a real person. Because resemblance can occur by coincidence, the collection does not claim a mathematical guarantee of uniqueness.
Prohibited uses
- impersonation, identity fraud or fabricated documents;
- fake testimonials, endorsements or social profiles intended to deceive;
- harassment, defamation, exploitation or non-consensual sexual content;
- illegal activity, hateful content or targeted political deception;
- reselling or redistributing the collection as a competing image library or dataset.
Real or AI comparison images
The Real or AI game contains a limited set of real photographs for comparison. They are not licensed to visitors for reuse or download. They are separate from the synthetic portrait manifest.
Reporting and removal
If a portrait appears unsafe, violates this policy, or resembles you closely enough to create a concern, submit the URL and portrait number through the project’s GitHub issue tracker. Reports will be reviewed and an image may be removed while the concern is assessed.
